Common questions
Prayer times look wrong
Check that your location or chosen city is correct, then check the calculation method and Asr method in Settings. You can also adjust each prayer by a few minutes.
Athan does not sound
Make sure notifications are allowed for Salaah. On some Android phones, battery saving stops alerts; open the battery guide in the app and allow Salaah to run in the background.
Qibla direction moves around
Hold your phone flat, away from metal and magnets, and calibrate the compass by moving it in a figure 8.
Do I need the internet?
No. Prayer times, Athan alerts, the Quran, duas, Tasbih and Qibla work offline. Only the Learn Salah videos need the internet.
